Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made the day before your scheduled service will result in a 50% charge of the service fee to the card on file. The good news is—this amount will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment. If the card on file cannot be successfully charged, there will be a 15% fee towards your following service for violating the day-before cancellation policy.
Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of your booked service from the card on file. But, only 80% will go towards your next scheduled appointment.
(If you are more than 15 minutes late this is considered a no-show). If the card on file cannot be successfully charged, there will be a 15% fee towards your following service for violating the same day/no show cancellation policy.
