Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 24 hours before service will be charged 50% of their service from the card on file. But, no worries! This will be added to your next rescheduled appointment. If an attempt is made to charge the card on file and the payment does not go through the next time you come in there will be an additional 15% charge to your service for violating the 24 hour cancellation policy.
Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of your booked service from the card on file. But, only 80% will go towards your next scheduled appointment.
(If you are more than 15 minutes late this is considered a no-show).
